赵震：禁足球员在处罚下达7日内可以上诉，按目前情况处罚难改变

09月13日讯 足协此前公布禁足处罚名单，43人被终身禁足、17人禁足5年。

媒体人赵震写道：对于所有被禁赛的球员来说，在中国足协纪律处罚规定下达的7日内，可以向中国足协的纠纷解决委员会也就是以前的仲裁委员会提起申诉。

如果对纠纷解决委员会的决定仍然不满意，可以向国家体育总局的体育仲裁提起申诉。

如果国际足联发布了全球禁赛的禁令，他们也可以申诉或者向体育仲裁法庭上诉。按照现在的情况，处罚是很难改变的，全球禁赛也是大概率事件，唯一可能申诉成功的是禁赛期限特别是全球禁赛的期限。
